Quotations

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all spelling, dates, names, quantities and artwork details before approving a design.

Approval of artwork confirms acceptance of the design and production may begin immediately thereafter.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before production begins.

For certain projects, full or partial payment may be required in advance.

Lead Times

Estimated production and delivery times will be provided where possible. These are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, stock availability and courier services.

Product Appearance

Due to the nature of engraving on glass, crystal, metal and other materials, slight variations may occur between photographs, digital proofs and the finished product.

Customer-Supplied Items

We take great care when working on customer-supplied items.

However, engraving and decoration processes involve inherent risks. Modern Engraving London cannot accept liability for accidental damage to irreplaceable, rare or sentimental items supplied by customers.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, artwork or designs supplied for engraving.

Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.
