Of course. Many of our customers start with only a rough idea.

We're happy to discuss options, make suggestions and help develop your project from concept to finished product.


Do you engrave customer-supplied items?

Yes. We are happy to engrave many customer-supplied items, including glassware, bottles, awards and presentation pieces.

Please note that customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's risk, as engraving processes always carry a small risk of accidental damage.


Can you engrave logos?

Yes. We can engrave company logos, club crests, artwork and custom graphics.

High-quality artwork is preferred, but we're happy to advise if you're unsure what file format you have. We also offer re-drawing service (charges apply).


Do I receive a design proof before engraving?

For most personalised orders, yes. We will often provide a digital proof or layout for approval before production begins.


How long does an order take?

Lead times vary depending on the product, quantity and complexity of the project. We will provide an estimated production and delivery time when preparing your quotation.

We aim to process the orders within 1 working week.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We are happy to produce single personalised items as well as larger orders for clubs, schools, organisations and businesses.


Can you help with the design?

Absolutely. Many customers come to us with an idea rather than a finished design. We are happy to suggest layouts, fonts and engraving options to help create the best possible result.
