Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Damaged Deliveries

Any damage occurring during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs where possible.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is believed to be lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
